Medicare Advantage Plans

Medicare Part C, also known as Medicare Advantage plans, are a contract between the federal government and a private insurance company to provide, at minimum, all of the coverage provided by Medicare Part A and Part B. Most Medicare Advantage also include Medicare Part D coverage as well as additional benefits that Original Medicare does not covers such as vision, hearing, dental, fitness, and more. Some plans have a zero monthly premium.

Medicare Advantage Plans are approved by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and offer great value for people who want to have a low to no monthly premium and receive more benefits than provided by having Original Medicare. At Golden Age Health Plans, we help you understand all of your options and what is available to you so that you can decide which plan best meets your needs and your specific circumstances.

Medicare Special Needs Plans

Special Needs Plans (SNP) are Medicare Advantage plans that help meet the needs of people who have unique financial or health care needs. If you have Medicare Part A & Part B and you also have a chronic condition or are eligible for Medicaid, you may qualify for a Medicare Special Needs Plan.
